Peta Mathews
Growing up in a family of real estate developers, Peta has always had real estate in her blood. After receiving her degree in Interior Design from the University of Sydney, she moved to New York City and found a true calling in combining her two passions into one dynamic industry.
Peta is committed to using her time and services to help her clients find the perfect fit for their vision and needs. Once a property has been found and secured, she will go the extra mile by using her passion for interior design and spatial planning to help her clients immediately begin feeling at home in their new space.
Aside from helping people find their homes, Peta is very excited by the incredible investment opportunities that real estate offers. As she has grown her own portfolio of real estate holdings here in Manhattan and abroad, she understands the complexities and nuances that come into play in these transactions.

Ben Falchi
Ben Falchi is a seasoned real estate professional (with 9+ years of experience) who has specialized in helping buyers, sellers, renters, and landlords for a decade. His clients regularly compliment his perfect mix of professionalism and fun; working with him has been described as "a breath of fresh air in the New York City home hunting hustle."
Prior to joining real estate, Ben worked in design and sales within the fashion industry — with prestigious brands like Estée Lauder and Urban Attitudes in New York and London. His own handbag designs have been featured globally, including a placement in New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art. Ben's creativity and passion for design transfer beautifully into his work in real estate. He serves his clients with a special eye for detail and he is able to see the possibilities that others often overlook. Ben graduated from Brighton University in England with a degree in Applied Psychology.
He currently lives in NYC with his partner, Lisa Marie, and their cat, Lolo. When he is not helping clients find their dream homes, Ben loves playing golf and perfecting his Tetris game.
